When should I take C-ssentiel?

1 sachet per day, just before or just after a meal. During winter or periods of fatigue, morning intake is ideal.

How do I use the sachet?

Two options: dissolve the sachet in a small glass of water or juice, or let it melt directly in the mouth.

C-ssentiel is intended for adults and children from 12 years old.
