Does it have a taste or cause fishy burps?

No. Thanks to the phospholipid form, krill oil does not cause an unpleasant taste or burps, unlike many classic fish oils.

What is the difference between krill oil and fish oil?

In krill, omega 3 fatty acids are bound to phospholipids, the same structure as our cell membranes: absorption is better and digestive tolerance is excellent. Krill also provides choline and astaxanthin, a natural antioxidant.

Is OmegaBoost suitable for pregnant women?

Yes, OmegaBoost is excellent support during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Omega 3 (including DHA) is particularly important during this period.

When should I take OmegaBoost?

2 capsules per day, preferably in the evening with a meal.

Are there any contraindications?

OmegaBoost is not suitable for people with a shellfish allergy.
